Due to damaging my lower back and not being able to sit on my computer for a long period of time, I’m unable to take custom orders. All images for sale on our website are available for purchase ‘as is’ only (No alterations). I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE – CORONAVIRUS (COVID- 19)*
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, starting today (23rd March 2020) we will be issuing a zero contact ordering process,
as recommended by the governments current prevention advice, using social distancing and hygienic guidelines.
Ice Yourself follows very strict food safety and hygiene procedures, which includes regular hand washing,
sanitisation and also wearing gloves when handling our icing sheets.
Because I am a severe asthmatic, I need to protect myself which is why we are now starting our new zero contact ordering process right away.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are now not accepting cash or eftpos payments.
All payments must be made online by card, bank transfer or PayPal before you organise pick up or shipment of your order.
We are only offering standard shipping at this time, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (or longer due to high demand in deliveries).
Q: Can I still pick up an order?
A: Yes, we are still open between 6 – 11am Mondays – Saturdays for pick up orders.
After we have received your order we will arrange a pick up time for you, and we will leave your order in a safe place for you to collect.
Q: Can I pay by cash on pick up?
A: No sorry, we are not accepting payments by cash currently at this time.
Q: Can I pay by eftpos on pick up?
A: No sorry, we are not accepting payments by eftpos currently at this time.
Q: Will you be closing down due to the current Coronavirus pandemic?
A: No, we have no plans on closing down anytime soon!
